Wow gay.
| |
what the fuck.
this would suit twilight a whole lot better, and vice versa.
| |
Horrid
| |
Laughably bad. All that's missing from this list is Fred Durst.
| |
i totally wanna hear 4
| |
What the hell?
| |
erm...what?
| |
Good movie, crappy soundtrack
| |
10. "In Transit" performed by Mark Hoppus with Pete Wentz
| |
Is this music actually going to be in the movie?
| |
Ughhhhh, movie looks promising still though.
| |
Is this music actually going to be in the movie?
Doubt it. It's a soundtrack not a score.
| |
Oh, Robert Smith. Why?
| |
Nice to see Robert Smith wait for a completely terrible movie to do something solo. Because that is what this is going to be. Charlie/choc factory, Planet of the Apes.. c'mon now.
| |
this is embarrassingly bad.
| |
It's a kids' movie... the soundtrack makes perfect sense.
it's not only a kid movie, but a tim burton movie. i'm surprised all you are surprised, basically
| |
It really isn't all that much of a kids movie if Tim Burton is directing it. I mean, it is, but it isn't.
| |
Kerli!?
| |
Movie was not gonna be good anyway. This just kind of reinforces it.
| |
This is... this is downright disappointing.
| |
It's official, the human race is now devolving.
| |
Anyone heard the soundtrack to 'The Imaginarium of Dr Parnassus'? What I've heard sounds fantastic.
| |
I'm game for an all world cleansing with FIRE!
| |
I don't really see Tim Burton films as kids' movies, although I guess they always have a clear cut moral to the story. They're always so dark and gothic though.
| |
I can't imagine this movie not being terrible. People seem to forget that ~75% of Burton's films have fucking sucked.
| |
I hope to God that they don't play any of this shite during the movie. Tokio Hotel? Metro Station? Wolfmother? fuck that shit.
| |
.. at least there's Robert Smith.
| |
They're always so dark and gothic though.
lol
burton's so awful
| |
dont understand the burton hate. sweeney todd and nightmare before christmas are awesome
| |
joshuatree you big homo! how can you hate edward scissorhands?!
| |
sweeney todd was weak
| |
~75% of Burton's films have been great.
Fixed.
| |
Only Tim Burton movies I could do without would be Pee Wee Herman and his 2 remakes.
| |
shinedown rules people
| |
Planet of the Apes, Mars Attacks!, and Sleepy Hollow gargled balls IMO. Most of the others are just average. TNBC is one of my alltime favorites.
| |
ugh this is totally unnecessary. yet another reason i will not be seeing this film -__-
| |
Ugh this is sooo bad
| |
this movie looks good, but this is fucking gay. it's sad that twilight's soundtrack is way better.
| |
^ yeah.
| |
I'm so underwhelmed. Not what I was expecting at all.
| |
Tim Burton needs to figure out that to give a movie a darker tone you don't necessarily need to make the environment look stupid. This movie looks really really bad.
| |
Both The All-American Rejects and The Plain White T's also appeared on the revised soundtrack of The Nightmare Before Christmas... And I must say, I really enjoyed their versions on the songs, although I hate their own albums. So as long as its written by Danny Elfman, I'm looking forward to it!
| |
They're always so dark and gothic though.
Yeah, no crap, and he gets all the credit for that, instead of his production designers. And He didn't even direct NIGHTMARE, Henry Selick did.
But Big Fish, Edward Scissorhands, Sleepy Hollow, Sweeney Todd are all fantastic, and some of the best mainstream movies of the past 2 decades, in my opinion
| |
Tim Burton needs to retire from film.
| |
Or at least marry Johnny Depp already
| |
Ah fuck, if Burton actually likes this crap then I will confidently screw his ears until he goes deaf because he's obviously not using them appropriately for a man of his age.
Tim Burton is a good director, he has some insanely good films to his name, but I do wish people would stop giving him credit for Nightmare Before Christmas. NOBODY (not a single person) believes me when I say he didn't direct it.
He fucking didn't people, he only wrote the story. Check out the IMDB page if you don't believe me
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0107688/
This often leads onto arguments about Coraline (Selick's new film) which everybody thinks Burton directed, when he really had nothing to do with it.
| |
what the actual fuck
| |
weird choice of artists
| |
Alice In Wonderland is supposed to be a Disney movie, so they are gearing the soundtrack towards a young audience that likes catchy but terrible pop music. I don't know why that surprises anyone.
But I really wanna see this movie anyways. It looks beautiful.
| |
^good point actually. I agree the film looks gorgeous.
| |
Jan Svankmejer's Alice will always be my favourite adaption.
| |
Wow, I almost wanted to see this movie... That has changed.
| |
Fucking terrible, and Jan Svankmejer is amazing, Manly Games is one of the greatest things i've ever seen
| |
franz ferdinand are the only redeeming feature here
| |
Honestly, who didn't see something like this happening?
| |
Oh my
| |
this is believable but still completely sigh worthy.
10 makes me want to throw out all my blink cds.
| |
I thought this would be a lot better. Now I dont know if I even want to see the movie now!
| |
And At least twilight had Iron&Wine
| |
The comments about not wanting to see the movie as a result of the soundtrack are ridiculous.... as it's been said its a SOUNDTRACK not a SCORE.
| |
I'll pass on this and wait for Danny Elfman's score. The stuff I've heard off it so far sounds amazing, better than this sceneslut-marketed hot topic bullshit.
| |
"10. "In Transit" performed by Mark Hoppus with Pete Wentz "
this will be interesting... and thats about it.
| |
I thought this was a troll at first... i wish i was right.
| |
fuckkk.... why? this line-up sucks...
| |
This is the most blatant money making gimmick I have ever seen. It's designed to appeal only to an audience who would throw there money away with the latest thing MTV or E! state as bitchin'.
| |
owl city
| |
Burton goes from 9 w/Coheed to this with... this... lol
| |
now now Dave, don't judge a book by its cover.
| |
Alice In Wonderland is a DISNEY MOVIE I don't understand why everyone is so surprised that the soundtrack is compromised of such shit. This is what most people enjoy listening to, and will therefore make a lot more money. I'm sure they are more convinced with making cash than making anything with high amounts of musical quality.
| |
how could such a cool-seeming movie have such a total shite soundtrack?
fucking Disney
| |
Danny Elfman is off crying somewhere right now
| |
This is a pretty terrible soundtrack. I see like one or two songs worth checking out on here. =/
| |
They're trying to target the 10-18 year old demographic. Hence the artists, hence the production company (Disney), hence the myspace release.
.. hence Robert Smith? Yeah, that part doesn't make sense, lol!
| |
Crap soundtrack for crap movie.
| |
