It's like a messed up Alvin and the Chipmunks backing choir with Viva la Vida playing over it, but the lead singer can't sing.

Hmm...I don't hear much of a Coldplay influence in the song...

The backing vocal is actually the best part, I think it's very catchy...this song sounds more like an Ashcroft solo thing than an actual Verve band track, but it's catchy enough...I would've announced the comeback with a full-on rocker, though.

I fully agree. Still the album as a whole might be better. They've yet to make a disappointing album.
