New Anberlin single/album 2026-08-19 by Raul Stanciu STAFF | 1 Comments | Anberlin have announced the release of their ninth studio album, Currency, their first full length solely with Matty Mullins on vocals. Due out on November 11 through Equal Vision Records, it features 11 tracks produced by the band together with Kellen McGregor (Memphis May Fire).
On the new record, Mullins shares: "The overall theme of Currency is what happens after everything you built your identity on falls apart. It's a journey through heartbreak, loss, addiction, shame, and the lies we tell ourselves. Instead of staying in the wreckage, it's about finding the strength to face the truth, let go of what was killing you, and become someone new. I believe that healing doesn't begin when the pain ends, it begins when you finally stop running from it."
