I love this band but this is weak and the mixing is beyond terrible. The good thing about king giz is that they'll probably have something i like in about 3 months so it's not a big deal. I gotta say though, they really, really need some help with production because their albums really sound like shit, which you can get away with when you're a lofi stoner surf rock band, but they left that sound long ago. Like, ice death honestly sounds like a bunch of demos.

I really enjoyed this single, and it actually got me to finally check Flight B-741
|
| |
as still in april, how much this band will launch albums this year?
|
| |
I mean, we only got one last year. It's damn near impossible to tell with this band sometimes

“Do these guys ever stop”

This is one of my favorite singles they've put out. Insanely catchy. If the whole album has this quality brass section, it's easily going to be one of their best.
Lofi production does muddle it a little but that's their vibe, kinda used to it by now

You can hear that it's a follow-up to b741 too, especially with the team taking turns on lead vocals. Probably the best aspect of b741, and it sounds just as good here
|
| |
Based on the band name, I’ve always thought this was a death metal band.
|
| |
these guys are the bones of prog rock
|
| |
i liked b741, but can understand why people don't like it compared to their better material
|
| |
lame, i thought this was Guzzard news
|
| |
this seems like a rick and morty band for sure
|
| |
ok hold up, new song from a day or so ago is listenable even though it can probably be reduced to outright Grateful Dead worship especially towards the end
they did it lads, rock music lives
|
| |
eeehhhhhhhhhhhhh its okay. Their production seems to be getting worse.
