Nuclear Blast sign Celeste 2021-06-15 by DatsNotDaMetulz | 10 Comments | Lyonnais blackened post-hardcore troupe Celeste have this week announced their signing to the German record label Nuclear Blast. Along with the announcement, they have released a new music video for the track "Comme des amants en reflet" from their 2017 album Infidèle(s), previously released by Denovali Records.
It is currently not known when Celeste will release new music, but further news is likely given this week's announcement.

| | | Nice. Celeste has a cool sound. I wish they'd vary a bit in song structure though. For each album they've released, the first 3 tracks show you everything you're going to experience for the album's duration.
That being said, if they're signing with a new label, that definitely means they're obliged to release an album or 2 within a defined time frame.
Cautiously optimistic for new Celeste.
| | | man I need to give Infidele(s) another spin cause i had a serious case of the burn out when that album came out and this song is really fucking crushing.
| | | new celeste is great news, I'm just a bit worried that they clean up their production too much; didn't Alcest do the same thing when they moved to NB or am I mixing them up with someone else
| | | In what way are they even remotely post-hardcore
| | | Nuclear Blast is becoming a titan in the Metal sphere. I love that there is finally a definitive and stable label for Metal bands to be a part of, but I do get worried that Nuclear Blast is slowly developing a monopoly in the industry, there haven't been many competitors that have come close to these guys.
| | | yet Profound Lore, Dark Descent, and Seasons of Mist are putting out better material
| | | never really got into this band... surprising they never really clicked with me yet with album titles like Misanthrope(s) and Pessimiste(s) should have been right up my alley

I mean... yeah, but I'm talking more about commerciality and visibility, of which NB is completely dominating in.
| | | NB basically took on the Roadrunner staff that got laid off by Warner and ran with it
