Firewind, Info On New Album 2026-09-11 by John Marinakis CONTRIBUTOR | 0 Comments | Firewind will release Gods, Myths and Titans on February 19, 2027, through BLKIIBLK, the metal imprint of Frontiers Label Group.
The follow-up to 2024's Stand United marks the return of vocalist Henning Basse, who previously sang on 2017's Immortals. It will also be the band's first album for BLKIIBLK.
Drawing on Greek mythology, the record explores stories of gods, heroes and legendary conflicts. Orchestral arrangements will accompany the band's established combination of melodic heavy metal and Gus G.'s guitar work.
Speaking earlier this year, Gus described the project as a concept album that would introduce elements previously unheard in Firewind's music while retaining their familiar sound.
