Ghost (SWE) Kiss the Goat

2019-09-12 by TheMoonchild | 33 Comments
Swedish metal band Ghost is back with 7 Inches of Satanic Panic, a new 7" single release that features two new original songs, "Kiss the Go-Goat" and "Mary on a Cross". "Kiss the Go-Goat", the first of the two, has been released in the form of a music video that appears to imply their Papa Nihil character began Ghost back in 1969 (nice), and said single is a delightfully quirky parody of '60s psychedelic rock.

Both songs will be available to purchase on Friday the 13th, the start of Ghost's "The Ultimate Tour Named Death".

You can view the video for "Kiss the Go-Goat" below.

"These guys become more of a joke with every album"

At least they're in on the joke, which makes this kind of fun.

I'm not against style-changings, but since 'Prequelle' I don't like how this band sounds.

This is "fun" but I miss the creepy satanic church vibe. Not a big fan of their glam/arena rock sound

Yeah I miss the whole mysterious vibe the band used to have, but their live show is still undeniably amazing.
