sad how oli's voice has become so fucking generic tho

I'm pretty sure the video is meant to be off. Seems like a stylistic choice to me.

Song isn't really my thing but I can't deny this has a big chorus and BMTH is doing a great job with this sound.

I liked Wonderful Life a lot (surprisingly), but this is fucking awful. I don't even give a shit about if it's metal or not, Crucify Me and Oh No are both masterpieces in my eyes. I know they aren't the most self-aware, cutting edge or even talented band but how the fuck is this the material they are making right now? Mantra was really bad and this is straight insufferable.

I might like it a little bit more if it wasn't BMTH. sounds silly, but even a shift as drastic as That's the Spirit was can't match how drastic *this shift* is. it's literally pop with a couple of guitar licks and some drum loops. I get this is probably what they're most comfortable making, and I've nothing against artists who evolve and change, but maybe that's the problem i'm having. this is too *comfortable*

I didn’t like their last album but at least it was good at what it was trying to be. This is just awful, I’d legit rather just listen to Justin Bieber or something if I was looking for this kind of thing. I’d love for them to go heavy again but at this point it’s not even just a genre thing. This is just a boring ass song. And the lyrics are cringey even for someone like me who likes emo music. The video is kinda although I’m not really sure what Oli is going for with that half mustache thing.
