You win the thread.

Didn't know brits could mosh that hard
|
| |
Damn, my article didn't get through
|

if they die they deserve it, crowdkill until humanity goes extinct
|
| |
I pray to god I never go out like this
|
| |
hell yeah bro they were asking for it
|
| |
Little known fact: The girl that Parker dropkicked off the stage actually fell into the pit where Sint subsequently moshed her to death. That's why she wasn't heard from again.
|
| |
Retarded banc
|
| |
You're just mad cause nobody died at a thrash show this year cause y'all geezers are lame.
|
| |
lots of people die at thrash shows actually but thats cause theyre like 90 years old and someone accidentally tripped over their drip
|
| |
terrible thread
|
| |
Rainy day thrash concert is a recipe for broken hips at the nearby hospital.
|
| |
i hear st johns ambulance staffed the last anthrax gig
|
| |
"cant think of a more horrific way to die"
Getting trampled to death at black friday?
|
| |
Sint you’re fucking killing me right now
|
| |
It'd be super shitty to die at a concert. Having the time of your life and then that's it
|
| |
conversely I’d say maybe that’s the way to go out.
Doing something you love. What the fuck do I know though
|
| |
Terrible thread [2]
|
| |
Well that fucking sucks.
|
| |
Way too many fuckwits in the pit these days who just wanna try and fuck someone up. Seen it first hand a couple of times.
|
| |
Bonus points if it was some big overweight guy who decked one of their twelve year old girl fans. That'll be the real icing on the cake.
|
| |
Now that I think about it for some reason as a kid I thought that people always die in metal (good or bad) concerts, like, it was a very common thing and no one would be surprised if 100 people die in a concert with thousands... Maybe that's why I was never too interested in concerts.
|
| |
I mean, you are Mexican so maybe that's how you guys roll down there but here in MURICA people don't attend concerts with the expectation of "We may not make it home again".
|
| |
I mean, I was a kid, kids believe dumb shit... But yeah, maybe you've got a point.
|
| |
haha
|
| |
that sounds like more a mexico thing ya
|
| |
yikes
|
| |
Hey, I'm not saying that's what happens (well, maybe it does? I don't know, I haven't confirmed if ¡t happens or not), I'm just saying that as a kid I thought it was common for people to die in concerts. Best part is that I'm not very sure why I used to believe that.
|
| |
i sure hope sinternet was able to take a cat nap before his grump got any grumpier.
|
| |
sint is forever grump
|
| |
I was moshing recently (week ago) at a Johnny Cash concert. One guy was murdered witha bassoon and others around just laughed.
|
| |
Owned.
|

This thread is matching a youtube comment section in quality. Nice.
|
| |
it's almost like andcas never left
|
| |
Apparently it was a heart attack.
|
| |
that's not metal
|
| |
"conversely I’d say maybe that’s the way to go out.
Doing something you love."
Spot on, friend. Shit's f'd up but at least it's a good way to go. Also screw this sint guy.
|
| |
"This thread is matching a youtube comment section in quality. Nice."
I'd say the majority of Youtube comment feed is less toxic/edgy than your average Sput thread. Disregarding all that pewdiepie t series stuff tho.
|
| |
guy died cuz the music sucked
|
| |
"Bonus points if it was some big overweight guy who decked one of their twelve year old girl fans. That'll be the real icing on the cake."
Well the tweet said it was a young man who died, so
|
| |
"Spot on, friend. Shit's f'd up but at least it's a good way to go. Also screw this sint guy."
I sincerely doubt getting stampeded upon by a bunch of twats could ever be considered a good way to go. it was most likely a painful and terrifying death.
oh and yeah, sint is being a little cuntish edgelord itt
|
| |
Being crushed to death by a bunch of Neanderthal hardcore dancers doesn’t sound like a good way to go.
|
| |
then don't come near me, simple as that moron
|
| |
"cant think of a more horrific way to die"
You can't be serious
|
| |
Stay classy all the retards making jokes. Dude fucking died for God’s sake. RIP.
|
| |
in all seriousness - this is a huge problem at shows with a lot of young uns/more popular metal acts.
The respect isn't there when people pit/mosh whatever. That ethos of getting it all out but also safety and respect for all those involved gets shorthanded into - fuck everything up. I reckon that's one of the reasons this is way more likely to happen at BMTH or a similar band than at a smaller (but maybe even more packed out and potentially dangerous )show
|
| |
security needs to be in the mosh pit calming down kung-fu guy
organizers should be crucified if this isn't the case
|
| |
Yeah, this sucks big time. From what I heard, the venue didn't hire enough security to account for the venue's capacity. Apparently there was another person who died at the show, but I'm not 100% sure if that's true as the only confirmation I've had is via fans on Twitter.
People definitely need to show more courtesy to others at shows rather than trying to give people serious injuries. I went to a Culture Abuse gig in London in October (mainly as Gouge Away were supporting), and three songs into their set, a girl at the front got kneed in the back of the neck by a stage diver and got knocked out instantly. The band stopped playing instantly and after the paramedics arrived to take the girl away (about half an hour before curfew), the band announced that they wouldn't be playing after that. While it was accidental, it definitely makes you think about this stuff in relation to fan safety. I'm lucky in that the few times I've been knocked over at shows, those around me have picked me up instantly.

jesus christ when did this site turn into this pussy shit

Maybe I'm just getting old but mosh pits are so fucking stupid. I just sit in the back and listen to the bands these days. Lol kids look so fucking stupid running around in circles punching eachother.
|
| |
LMAO did my comment really get deleted
Cowards
|
| |
"Didn't know brits could mosh that hard"
go to any show in the UK, and you'll know americans don't know the first thing about moshing.
this sucks big time, also the second time this band has had to address something awful happening at their shows. apparently the kid died of something drug related, people at the show are likely exaggerating what went on
|
| |
also this thread is considerably more disrespectful and edgy than most, a kid died. when a musician dies, it's pages of RIP, but a kid dies in a mosh pit? nope somehow that's hilarious
|
| |
Cowards [2]
The censorship here on sput is ridiculous
|
| |
yeah anything short of f***** or n***** should be fair game but w/e thats a losing battle im tired of fighting
|
| |
Just picked up my ticket to the annual BMTH euthanasia tour. Cool trailer.
|
| |
"LMAO did my comment really get deleted
Cowards"
We couldn't handle your immense bravery
|
| |
What was the comment?
|
| |
I said the N word online once and felt badass as fuck after.
|
| |
As you should. I'm sure it took a lot of courage to do so.
|

saying the n word is for children

Top class, folks. I hope when y'all die screaming that this thread is the last thing you think of.
|
| |
Same.
|
| |
Sin cant seem to make up his mind on whether he wants to be an edgelord or a moral highgrounder.
|
| |
thanks adolfchrist with the edgy name attempting to take moral high ground
|
| |
Lol where
|
| |
He isn't, lol.
|
| |
"also this thread is considerably more disrespectful and edgy than most, a kid died. when a musician dies, it's pages of RIP, but a kid dies in a mosh pit? nope somehow that's hilarious"
A lot of that is because BMTH is almost unanimously hated on this site, I'm sure had it been a different band the responses might've been more civilised
|
| |
lol u obviously weren’t around for sempiternal, people would not shut THE fuck up about how good it was
anyway this is terrible RIP
|
| |
Yeah but now everyone hates BMTH because they sold out
|
| |
if this were burzum they'd be celebrating and calling their fans pussies for only killing 1 person
|
| |
I guess that‘s the spirit. RIP
|
| |
UGH
|
| |
Rip
|
| |
This is why you go raving instead
|
| |
I love how Sint thinks he has the moral high ground when I disagree with him on something (especially if bullshit politics are involved), but then he goes and does this shit. It's like he has zero self-awareness.
|
| |
What was the fucking name of the fan that died?
Exactly.
Go fuck yourselves.
|
| |
QED
|
| |
Imagine if the band was called Ping me the Horizon
Like, remember ping? The internet thing? I'm not sure I remember what it meant but your internet had ping.
So this band is like a combination of their original band name concept, then the concept of ping, which if course rhymes with ping. Ping me the Horizon.
|
| |
*Joke about Halsey being the perpetrator*
Sad to hear though. RIP.
|
| |
imagine posting this article thinking it won't be a mess
|

this thread was a surprisingly fun read
