Zombie's not even in their top ten songs IMO. First two albums are classics (all of their albums were at least good if not great). I Can't Be With You, Daffodil Lament, Ode to My Family, Dreams, Liar, Linger, Salvation, so many classic songs. They could do quiet celtic influenced indie folk rock (Ode to My Family) or straight up old school punk (Salvation), they are (or I guess were now) more diverse than they ever got credit for.

One of the few bands both my mother and father would play all the time in the 90s so this was a really big and influential band in my musical taste development as a kid.

Hard RIP right here. This really came out of nowhere.

A terrible, terrible loss. Too young. Such an unbelievably talented woman with a heavenly voice. Had the pleasure of meeting her on two occasions, a wonderful soul.

Heard this news on the way home from work today and I could hardly believe it. This was one of those deaths I really wouldn't have expected.

Well very few people knew them on this site probably, since the average age is pretty young, but they were and are one of the most wide known pop rock acts in the world.
