i liked the last one but didnt love it as much as say, cocksure or his solo stuff

on the surface they definitely give off the frank turner vibe, I had the same thought. Smith Street definitely have a louder sound though.

Ehh I don't really see the Frank Turner comparison. I mean, I guess I do a little but it's very surface level, as mentioned above. I love Frank but Wil's songwriting just hits me on a whole other level. I'd recommend you give Throw me in the River another chance Satellite because I know you like awesome music.

Nah they are good. Being close to the Smith Street they are named after they are legends down here.

Yeah I reckon Wil's songwriting is stronger overall and SSB are just more consistent. Throw me in the river is definitely their most popular but I'd argue their debut is slightly stronger.
