Oasis Look Back in Anger 2026-08-19 by John Marinakis CONTRIBUTOR | 0 Comments | The first teaser for "Oasis: Don't Look Back in Anger," a documentary chronicling the band's monumental Live '25 reunion tour, has been released.
Created by "Peaky Blinders" mastermind Steven Knight and directed by Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace, the film promises unprecedented access to Liam and Noel Gallagher. It combines footage from rehearsals, backstage and the stage itself with the brothers' first joint interviews in more than two decades.
The teaser revisits the uncertainty preceding their reunion. Noel admits that he initially could not imagine sharing a stage with Liam again, while the singer describes the way Oasis disintegrated in 2009 as unacceptable.
The documentary will also examine the emotional significance of the reunion for different generations of fans and the continuing ability of the band's music to connect audiences around the world.
Following its premiere at the Venice International Film Festival, "Don't Look Back in Anger" will receive a limited IMAX and theatrical release beginning September 9. It will subsequently become available on Disney+ internationally and on Hulu and Disney+ in the United States.
