Update, 1:37 pm: A source close to Whitehead assures that he was not arrested on any new charges, but, rather, is being detained until sentencing for his previous charges. Furthermore, we’re told that all of those charges save for that of domestic battery have been dropped. We’re not sure where this bigamy charge is coming from, but hopefully an answer will present itself.
