Voivod work on new material 2010-08-10 by Voivod STAFF | 11 Comments | Michel "Away" Langevin, drummer of the avant-garde metallers Voivod, was recently interviewed by The MusicNerd Chronicles.
Away stated for the first time that Voivod have begun writing material for a new album.
In addition, he has the re-issues of Rrroooaaarrr, Dimension Hatross and Killing Technology on the works.
The re-issues will include whole new artwork.

I knew they'd had a live player, I just didn't think they were going to sign him on as a full-time member. Turns out they did. Also, Blacky will be playing a few shows with them as well.
