i like the fact the vocalist is trying to do something different with his voice in the new songs, but the music is still not pleasing. i like me some adrenaline filled rock but this band just doesnt seem to do it for me. very bland

yea honestly jrowa's reasons for not liking em are legit honestly. The band has (ironically) somewhat of a unique sound that'll either appeal to you or not. So yea....

Ok, the intro drum fill to Dark Angel Dragnet is pretty sweet, but the song overall was just good. Destroyer still kicks ass.

Band has gone so far downhill.

These songs are a step in the right direction after Rival Factions. They still in the vein of ...And the Rest Will Follow, which when they started to go down hill. Schwab's lyricism is still great but his vocal delivery has changed since Songs To Burn Your Bridges By; not as agressive. Still, step in the right direction...

ATWF was their best since DBL. Rival Factions was good as an experimentation album but could have been better.
And yeah I think Schwab doesn't sound as good, but it's more pitch and whatnot than lack of aggression.
