Yeah, it was the "time" that threw me off ("wtf, Dougie's getting philosophical!); yeah, he doeslook unenthusiastic but it's really appropriate for the video's intonation (not to mention the inherent mellowness of the song). I guess I meant it's a bit chauvinistic as a song in it's own right. Maybe I'm just using words wrong like an illiterate buffoon.

The song and video are okay. Something seems to be missing, but I'm not sure what. I liked Audience of One loads more.

Have to agree that Savior is one of their best songs. That being said, Rise Against has a myriad of amazing songs to choose from. They have about 25 songs on about equal standing as Savior.

You'd never guess they actually support the troops from the song. Which is why plenty of other people are getting the wrong idea from it.

i think having chosen this song for the third single (not a great call in my mind), they had to make an amazing, attention-catching video. it's a little bit short of that, but i respect the decision

Fair enough. I think Rumors Of My Demise Are Greatly Exaggerated and a lot off the first 2 albums are better than the best songs off the latets album to be honest.

Best RA is probably State of the Union or Ready to Fall.
