I feel bad for flo, he's so amazing and the rest of his band sucks, minus the bassist. Why can't flo just start a new band from scratch and let Cryptopsy step aside?

uh... I was under the impression that Flo was the one trying to keep Cryptopsy alive. I don't feel sorry for him at all.

Go to Cryptopsy's myspace and listen to "Dinner Time". Flo's idea. Getting that douchbag singer? Flo's idea. Becoming a Deathcore band? Flo's idea.

At this point he's really just trying to make a buck. Plus, his drummming isn't that good at all nowadays.

Okay, Cryptopsy is horrible now, but denying his drumming skill is just stupid.

Flo remains an amazing drummer, however crap the new music he drums to is.

Wanted to make this more critical, all talk of rats leaving sinking ships, but meh.

That came out wrong. What I mean is that his drumming isn't as unique as it was at one point. It's more standard death drumming. He's got skill, I just don't think he is as creative.

I have no problem saying that Flo is no longer a good drummer. He has no idea how to use fills, his solos are awful, his drums always sound like shit and he overtakes the music rather than supporting it. Granted he's fast, but it still sounds like shit. Flo was an absolute monster in the early years, he had an amazing sense of how to flow while going nuts. Now he just goes nuts.

Cause he pops adrenaline and coke before each show probably.

Who said anything about shows? I think he sucks on their later albums.

There are many reasons why I must leave the band, and this has been going on for a while now, so I am quitting.

Honestly, I didn't think the last CD they put out was that terrible as a CD itself. Cryptopsy in my eyes was never that great, though they had some excellent songs with Lord Worm...and Flo is still as good as he ever was, really. Their vocalist is really good live too...he pulls off all the old songs pretty well (with the exception of some of Lord Worm's weird inhales and noises) and seems to work well with what they are doing now...despite having some song structure problems on their most recent CD..

New Cryptopsy sucks balls. It`s no surprise why he left, and flo was such a baby when that album came out and everyone hated it. He said that it was just because Cryptopsy changed that everyone hated it, and that is partially true, but they changed for the worse which is leading to their downfall. Cryptopsy is dead to me.

RIP Lord Worm...he's not dead, but Cryptopsy needs him. Flo is still badass though
