New DoomVS album in October 2008-10-02 by Trey STAFF | 8 Comments | Johan Ericson's (Draconian) solo project, Doom:VS is set to release their second album through Firebox Records on October 20th. The album is titled "Dead Words Speak" and is supposed to be heavier, darker, and more eerie than his previous album, "Aeternum Vale".

I hope by eerie he incorporates some dark ambient influences into the dark, deep, entrenching atmosphere of doom. These doom bands today really need to step it up and add some variety or some mix genre polywhirling.
