2008-09-13 by Flyboy | 17 Comments
On Friday September 12, 2008, Deftones posted an in-studio video clip of their upcoming new album, Eros. The video shows a 20 second clip of the band jamming to a new song. Also drummer, Abe Cunnighman gives his opinion on long-time band friend and producer, Terry Date.

The video can be viewed here:

Quote:
"This is the first studio clip of many that documents the recording of Eros. Every Friday a new one will be added. Welcome into the world of Deftones."

Eros will be released in Winter 2008.

Also fans of the band should keep in touch with their in-studio blog, which documents what they have done and are doing.

Personally I am stoked for the new album. Deftones are my favorite band and they have never disappointed me. That little clip sounds good imho.

Sounds like they're heading off into some post-rock territory.

Platonism is not the only one that wishes some adrenaline in Eos. I was listening to it few days ago, and it still pumps adrenaline into veins like wow.

Finally. I was just wondering what had happened to these guys (since I heard news that they weren't satisfied w/ SNW and began working on a new album immediately).
