To each their own I guess. Besides III, both Guitar Hero and Rock band have been extremely fun franchises. My point is though, it's a game. Play it if you want, don't if you don't. But seriously, some people need to get off their high horse and realize this.

Rockband is like Wii Sports. It was only fun for me for like the first 2 weeks, then I got sick of it and it's damn rectangle notes and went back to Guitar Hero.

The main riff is not difficult at all, and the chugging bit is just hammering an e string really fast with a lick in between. Any intermediate guitarist could knock these sections over, the rest of it is another story though.....

to the person who said that Guitar Hero not counting 3 and rock band were successful franchises...Rock Band and GH1, 2, 80's were made by the people who are making rock band now...Neversoft made all the GH games after that.

I never said Rock Band sucked, I said 3 sucked. I can't speak for the 80s version, but I have played I, II, III, Aerosmith, and Rock Band and enjoyed them all except III just because they made the charts ridiculous.

Goldeneye and Starfox 64 were some of the better games on N64 but Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is the best game on that system.

As for Rock Band and GH, III is the only bad game in the series not counting the 80's one which was a cheap cash in. I expect Rock Band 2 to be better than GH4 which is why I'm throwing down for that kit instead of 4.

Man, let's change this newspost topic to talking about classic N64 games. Goldeneye, Starfox, Ocarina of Time, and Blast Corps all bring back some great memories.
