Why is it mandatory for every band these days to release either a crappy concert DVD or a self-indulgent pseudo-documentary?

It's a trend, and it makes money.
An MCR DVD would be so much better if it were released a few years from now, when all of the hype fades away. If it ever does.

Oh it will. But yeah, I agree. The DVD thing is a money maker.
Other than that...I'm curious how there isn't a rendition of either Demolition Lovers or Vampires Will Never Hurt You on here. I blame the 13 year old girls that basically ruined their new cd for me.

Why would they want to release their live performances to the public? Has anyone ever heard them live? Their singer abolutely cannot sing. It's painful to watch.

I personally can not wait for this to come out. I have seen them twice now and will see them again soon. The energy they give onstage is awesome and it gets the crowd going! I think it's a good idea for bands to release a concert/bio dvd or cd in that people who are really into them can get a closer look at what they've actually been through.
