Yoko Ono Doesn't Sue Suicide Girl 2008-02-15 by Dave de Sylvia EMERITUS | 14 Comments | It appears a suggestion earlier this week by musician and Suicide Girl Lennon Murphy that Yoko Ono had begun litigation over her use of the 'Lennon' brand was just a big ol' misunderstanding after all.
It appears Lennon, wittingly or unwittingly, applied for exclusive use of the name at the US trademark office, prompting Ono to inform the same of her own legitimate usage.
Says a representative for Yoko:
