as for the lawsuit,if i am correct she has no legal rights to the clip sense the clip wouold be owned by the company.

the only reason she would win is if someone felt she has a legal right to the useage of her voice. as far as i know,she doesn't. it could go either way.

I think Jack, while not necessarily spectacular, is inventive, kind of like Daron Malakian.

Yeah he's so overrated...I hate talented singer-songwriters who bringing classic rock and blues influences to the mainstream! And I especially hate the ones who remain consistent...and even create a second band that is equally as good.
