but they suck live. even they themselves say they suck live. how can you sell an album if they sound like crap?

As much as I hate Pete Wentz and the members of FOB, their last two albums were actually quality pop albums, and they have grown on me personally. But they absolutely suck live so there's no way I'll be listening to this.

^I don't think his vocals are enhanced in the studio, I just think he has to go through many takes to sing the song in tune. He isn't a good vocalist consistently, but his vocals sound good when he gets it right. In any case, I don't see why so many people hate this band so much. For a pop band, they accomplish exactly what they should, and at least thought goes into the lyrics which is more than I can say for some other modern pop albums. This Message Edited On 02.09.08

Live CD? Who is dumb enough to spend money on that? A live DVD is one thing, but there is no good reason to pay for bootlegged audio.

They've actually gotten better live. Patrick's voice is much more solid these days and they just sound better together.

Sputnikmusic.com should require users to prove themselves as musicians in order to join or to even remain members of the site. Maybe then we'd all see less bullshit news about pop-punk tools and corporate puppets unleashing their latest pile to the pubic and an end to poorly rated reviews given to classics with absolute piss-poor reasonings... It's infuriating!!

There's nothing wrong with fall out boy. The only reason most of the people on here hates them is because their a successful band. And because theur successful they immediately get labeled 'sell outs.' You can't blame any band for wanting fame when the average life of a band is a few years.

I really like Fall Out Boy and have for a few years.. So I'm definately gonna get the live album :D
