Hopefully when they tour for this album, Nathan will keep the mic close to his mouth so the audience can hear him 100% of the time instead of 75%.This Message Edited On 01.10.08

They really sucked on the first record. Hope they prove something better of themselves.

I loved the first record. This is one of my most anticipated for 2008.

I agree with santi3hg. They have a lot of potential but almost none of the songwriting talent necessary to meet it. Scrap the singer, and tell the guitarist to shut the fuck up and you've got a solid band.

Maybe if he could sing on key, control his breathing and actually scream properly they wouldn't have to turn his mic all the way down (and rely on their guitarist and his uncanny ability to play the same warm-up sweep in every song). This Message Edited On 01.10.08

Thats what I was thinking, you're a lucky bastard.

Please please tell me it's amazing and has some serious technical riffs like blood meat.

I didn't like Nocture at first, but I listened to it a few days ago and liked it a lot more. Hopefully this will be good.

So Cocaine, are you sticking with your comment about not leaking the album? (saw it on FiveEightForums)

Nocturne has worn off almost completely. i remember their first singer and he had loads of talent, he left and they got someone who cant stay on key. hopefully he improves. the guitarists need to change it up a bit and they might hold my attention.

Im lookin forward to this one. Their first CD was good, but like most of us have said, got old after not too long. I'm hoping for a change.

I thought Nocturne was great, especially for a debut, although I can agree a little about the vocals and the overuse of arpeggios. Besides that I couldn't fault it, they have their own unique sound because of the inclusion of the classical parts. Overall, they deserve praise I think.

I have high, high hopes for their follow up.
