Weezer's sixth studio album will be named "Tout Ensemble", according to Billboard. It is set for an April 22, 2008 release by Geffen.

Update from weezer.com puts the article in dispute

"* UPDATE 11/22* As you can see, please note that Weezer and Geffen Records have no affiliation with www.albumsix.com. The new Weezer record is not called "Tout Ensemble" and there is no official release date yet for the album. Remember, when its on Weezer.com, its for sure. (Though I will say, "well played", to the authors of that site.)"

^Yeah really. Sure Make Believe was really generic, but it was still a fun listen. I for one am looking forward this.

-> Nice Avatar Neoteric. Walter and Perry are hilarious.

I love weezer. I don't care what you guys say :P Weezer is one of the few bands that's been around for a long time and is still fun to listen to.

Could the name be more gay? In French it means "All Together." Sounds like more pain is to be inflicted.

Oh Make Believe was definitely pretty good, just they get worse every album so theoretically...

I always thought the name "Weezer" implied weezness caused by the habitual use of cannabis. Weezer makes me happy sometimes by the sweater song (undone) makes me sad.

"Everyone Together."

As EC stated above it's All Together.

Tout Ensemble

More like...

(THIS WILL SUCK).

Weezer was a one-hit wonder, Blue Album was the only good thing they've ever released.

One hit wonder? could u be any more wrong? Weezer is one of the greatest alternative rock bands in the 90's, one hit wonders only have one hit song and you never hear of them, weezer on the other hand has had multiple "hits" (i.e. Undone, Buddy Holly, Say it Ain't So, Tired of Sex, The Good Life, El Scorcho, Hash Pipe, etc). Pinkerton is (IMO) just as good as the blue album. Although yes their later stuff kinda does suck

Fine. How about this?

One album wonder.

Pinkerton was shit.

I would agree with the above, but just that Pinkerton is just good, not shit.

Is Rivers Cuomo going to pose as some sort of cross dressing sexy stud for a magazine cover prior to the release of the new album. I can picture that and it sounds hysterical.

Tentatively excited.

Pinkerton is GOD.

Make Believe was shit but listen to the album five demos that Weezer released online. They disprove the notion that Weezer has no chance of redeeming themselves. Weezer just puts the worst songs they write on their albums nowadays.

I think because Rivers just wants money so he just chooses to put out uninspiring shit.

well I can't say I'm gunna love it, and Make Believe was so mainstream. All the fucking pop loving girls wouldnt stop singing Beverly Hills. Blue album pwned, Pinkerton was great, and I didnt hate Make Believe, so who knows.
