They wrote this during Covid but events conspired against them to get it properly recorded and released. I have a feeling this will be really, really good. At their peak, they were as good as anyone. Wake/Lift is incredible.

this is the best they've ever sounded production wise too, heavy as fuck but also pristine and clear

As beyond hyped as I am for this, the fact they're flat-out saying it's their final album definitely makes it somewhat bittersweet.

Haven't thought about these guys in forever. Saw them with Dillinger, Mutoid Man, and Primitive Weapons back in 2015. Awesome show
