SGM come out of hibernation 2023-11-15 by Free Death #2 | 9 Comments | Proudly uncategorizable oddballs Sleepytime Gorilla Museum return after 13 years with a new album. of the Last Human Being is slated to drop February 1, 2024.
To sweeten the announcement the band are also now streaming the album’s opening track, “Salamander In Two Worlds”, on their Bandcamp. Precisely 6 and a half minutes long, it’s a fittingly bizarre art-rock aria, featuring layered vocals and a satisfying metallic tinge.
