not exactly a surprise, as it was announced a few months back

but yeah, they seem to have been hinting at breaking apart for a while, what with Urfaust mostly running its course quite some time ago and both members apparently having more interesting projects to focus on

Pretty cool stuff.

One of my favorite bands. I remember first listening to them 10 years ago and being utterly fascinated by the voice and the weird catchiness of the debut. I liked that they were only a two piece, yet managed to pull off amazing live shows. They lost me a bit after Der Freiwillige Bettler, but I really liked Teufelsgeist.

Will listen to Untergang once I have the right ritual set up...

Used to jam Empty Space Meditation a lot back then, sad to hear they quit. I’ll give the new album a listen
