I like her vocals more on this one. Sounds closer to Angela Gossow.

Agreed Toon, completely ruins the album experience when bands do this. 3 Singles is max imo.

I will say I've liked the songs so far but still, you might as well rate the album now lmao

the harmonized guitars lower in the mix during the chorus heavily reminds of old In Flames, which is a surprising sound to hear in an Arch Enemy song, despite the really boring chugs accompanying the whole thing.

idk why they don't just write short fun tracks like enemy within or burning angel if they really wanna phone it in like this.

Singer sounds almost eerily like Alexi Laiho from Children of Bodom on this compared to the other singels, the Bodom guys should try to recruit her for possible future live shows lmao.

Song was pretty boring and uninspired for a single, though.

Song has some cool parts as they usually do, but this feels like it's perpetually building upto something but never pays off.

Also I just can't get into Alyssa"s shtick. I quiet liked about half of war eternal, the race from the last album but the rest of that album was dregs. She sounds a lot like Angela, but Angela was a humble power house and I feel Alyssa is a cheese factory.

This latest material is sounding like melo-death Manowar to me.

Why does the vocalist keep walking around like she just entered a Marvel movie?
Why did such amazing guitarists barely do anything in this song?
Is this all for the kids?
(Not trying to be ironic.)

^ I don't think she sounds like Alexi, but I also think her growl is raspier than Alexi's.

It's the cadence and way the chorus is sung on this track that sounds somewhat Bodom like and I filled in Alexi singing this in my head, on the other singles this is absent.

I only really liked a couple of their earlier songs, but this sounds a bit more intriguing than the last record at least.
