Oranssi Pazuzu's 'Palava Puu' 2021-10-01 by Fernando Alves | 7 Comments | Finnish psychedelic black metallers Oranssi Pazuzu are streaming a previously unreleased track, 'Palava puu', via the 2021 Adult Swim singles collection. The song is a b-side from the band's latest album Mestarin kynsi. You can stream it below.
Band comments: "Palava puu was born from the same recording sessions as our latest album Mestarin kynsi. The title of the track translates as "The Burning Tree". For us it ties together strongly with the making of the album as it was considered to be an album track until the last minute. The reason why it was left out from the album in the end, was that it also is a song that has its own strong universe in which it develops around its own laws of physics. In a way, Palava puu has a microcosmos of a bigger construct within itself."
