Very generic stuff. Music video might be the lowest effort video I've ever seen.

I mean Howard is pretty great so he makes this better than it probably should be, but it's still like a 6.5 out of 10 maybe.

Howard sounds great overall but song overall is meh.

This could have been a little bit better if Jared wasn't in the video. I can't take him seriously.

Second half of the song was gone, including the more melodic parts but the djent parts sounded generic as fuck.

Like it or not this kind of production is the staple of metal at the moment. Trends come and go with time and every decade has its "style." I for one don't mind it. As far as the song goes it is a pretty basic song but honestly thats all it needed to be. I am not looking for innovation and new concepts from a vocal powerhouse that specializes in early melodic metalcore and a pretty well-known youtube guitarist that specializes in djent. I want them both to play to their strengths to make a good track and that's exactly what they did. I love it. The chorus brought me right back to 2007 and that is not a bad thing and the verses had enough bounce to satisfy the younger generation of metal kids. I am looking forward to the rest of the album.

Chorus was definitely a Howard chorus. Rest was forgettable.

this is what Killswitch would've sounded like in an alternate universe where Howard stayed and the band signed to Sharptone.

In an alternate universe when Howard got his diabetes more managed he rejoined Killswitch and they had both him and Jesse and life was good.

I want to live in that universe

Song is just junz but Howard lowkey sounds at his best in like a solid decade.

This isn’t terrible but I guess i should have anticipated Jared using the same tired djent riffs he’s been peddling for the last 4 years.

Like everyone else said, the vocals are great but this needs more than just juns.

Jared's a great guitar player, why not have a riff or two? Those things Killswitch Engage has.

All things Jared does are generic af. The collaboration with Math Heafy was also terrible.
