I think that Weezer's strongest appeal is actually when you never cared for their music, that which is sad obviously.

But, it becomes fairly entertaining to watch them torture their "fans" by releasing horrendous albums after better ones, then a pointless meme cover compilation, then something called Van Weezer. Their approach is so random and whimsical that it's just fun to wonder what they'll do next to piss off everybody who might still care.

Thought the song was average until the guitar solo towards the end, pushed it up to above average. Still not as good as The End of the Game.
