Last minute is pure chills. Will Putney can do no wrong at the helm. Very, very excited for this.

Oh shittttt I was starting to wonder if this was happening soon
|
| |
Rules.
|
| |
So so good. Brings all the feels. So happy for these dudes
|
| |
That was a great song, I'm so glad to hear new music from them and I'm glad they're all better now. I'm really looking forward to a new album
|
| |
Actually got me to tear up. These guys are inspiring, and its amazing they were all able to make recoveries after such a horrific accident. Perfect song to return with too, I'm so happy for them!
|
| |
I havent been really into anything since their first album but i suppose ill check this out. Glad theyre doing better though.
|
| |
Never been into these guys, but got mad respect for them. Cool that they are back to making music.
|
| |
i feel like this will be a heavily emotional album and by far their best

I was hoping for the last couple of weeks to read some TGI news on here soon. Great to have them back after all this.
Song is awesome, looking forward to the record.
|
| |
couldn't make it more than 30 seconds into the song, but its certainly a heartwarming story for their fans
|
| |
What a soulless creature you are
|
| |
it just sounds like fairly run of the mill mid 2000's metalcore to me. But I do really like the story, really happy that these guys are okay
|
| |
Huge step up from Dear Youth. Band sounds reinvigorated and I hope they find success with this album.
|
| |
god damnit that music video punched me right in the feels
love these dudes
|
| |
i nearly teared up on the last minute of the video.
i'm super happy for these guys, they are very inspiring!
and the track slays except for the breakdown but it might be just me.
|
| |
Teared up pretty fast. This just beautiful.
|
| |
I was digging it but then the breakdown and singing happened. The video still brought hard feels though.
|
| |
Good for them but this song is not interesting
|
| |
Heartwarming story, and I’m truly glad that they’re back. As for the music, this is pretty underwhelming
|
| |
Happy these guys are still doing what they love, I probably won’t check it out but they’re good dudes and deserve the best.
|
| |
Very happy these guys were able to make a new album after everything they've been through, this song was actually mostly written before the accident which is interesting
|
| |
Best thing to wake up to this morning. Inspiring to see these guys back doing what they love. Song is absolutely everything I love about the past era of metalcore so couldn't be happier.
|
| |
good shit
|
| |
It's alright. I'm happy for them more than anything. But I wish that chorus had a clean motif somewhere to fit the message.
EDIT: got to the end. definitely wraps it up nicely. Well written song for their run of the mill sound.
|
| |
“Triumph over tragedy”. Song slays , so glad they are back 🤘
|
| |
Oh fuck this rules, they haven't lost a step
This is the kinda heavy shit I need right now
|
| |
Man I have such powerful fucking respect for these guys
This is the type of incident that ends most bands but this just seems to fuel them further (even if, ofc, it put them on a bit of a hiatus)
|
| |
This was great. Song was very good and the video was perfect. So glad to see them making music again. The triumph over tragedy breakdown goes hard
|
| |
really happy to see them back at it after everything they've been through. never thought i'd get so emotional over bro-y metalcore. actually got goosebumps when the breakdown came lol
|
| |
Yeah, I'm so happy to know they're back and all my repect for them! A great headbanger, I'm hype for this album.
|

Never once claimed to like these guys, I don't even like this song. But the message behind it, and the video (goddamn, the video!) is fuckin killer. Respect.
Seeing the dude kickin the bass drum with that mechanism attached is super inspiring. And the side-by-side shots of them in recovery to playing music. It's pretty powerful.
|
| |
Glad they're back!
As tragic as the accident was, I think musically it has worked in favour for them since their overall sound started to sound very outdated and stale after gwyg.
And thank god for will putney producing this and eliminating that god awful muddy as fuck sound of dear youth
|
| |
so happy to hear this news!! incredible that they're still making music
