Green Day primed to Fire Ready Aim!

2019-10-17 by hobblepot | 23 Comments
Famed pop-punk band Green Day have dropped a second single from their upcoming LP "Father of All Motherfuckers", this time titled 'Fire, Ready Aim'. It has been circulating that the band are trolling with this album to finish their current contract. The description of this song reads:

"How many trolls does it take to screw in a lightbulb?

The answer is Fire Ready Aim! A new tune for the loons! This song is about our daily outrage. Attack without thought.. hyperbole. Anyway stick a hammer in your mouth. Shut up and dance!"

You can hear the new car commer- I mean, song below:

The worst album cover and title of all time, but honestly I've been enjoying the tunes so far.

like honestly the music of these songs are fine father of all has a kinda sick bassline in the second verse thats lkke the first time mikes been audible since 2004, but none of it means shit when these songs have like the most abysmal vocal performance ever like what the fuck is he doing and whos letting him

That would be Mr Butch Walker AKA one of the worst Producers going around right now.

Damn butch walker has been producing since the late 90s and he doesn't have a single good album under his belt.

doesn't have a single good album under his belt [2]

eh I don't mind this. It's funny that the band is going hard for the 2005-garage rock Hives sound like 15 years late but at least it's not as boring as what I expect from them.

Admin titles suck. Agreed. If they want to write the articles they can do the damn work.

seriously, what is going on with billie's vocals for this record? they sound like a generic 00s indie-rock band

Don't disrespect generic 00s indie-rock bands like that please.

This should be a mindless, fun album. Although they should've kept these songs for a Foxboro Hot Tubs LP, it's better than overblown rock operas like 21st Century Breakdown. They'll never release an album like Dookie, Insomniac or Nimrod again, so yeah.

These new songs sound more like Waterparks than Green Day...

Also, aren’t they charging nearly £600 to not meet them at their Hella Mega Rip Off Tour?
