the version of Lift 10 minutes into disc 15 is the definitive version-- absolutely revelatory. Had it been released in '97 it would have been a game changer.

It's definitely cool but can be repetitive as there is no strucure and it's just random recordings spliced together. First track has Electioneering 3 times.

Radiohead remain one of my favourite bands, yet even I find the idea of this kind of dull. I imagine there's the odd gem hidden underneath all the rubble, but not sure how determined I am to seek it out. Maybe it could be worth delving into as a curiosity, if you really care about the history surrounding the recordings etc. I don't know.
