PEW PEW PEW muthafuckas!
| |
they sound a little faster i guess, theyve had a pretty solid decade so far
| |
not a huge fan of the song but the video's cool as hell
i always liked ion dissonance more when it came to this type of music honestly
| |
FUCK YES
| |
Nice stuff. They still got it in them.
| |
last album ruled so excited
| |
That was dope
| |
I love the video for this
| |
song is ok
| |
song kicks cock and that video is on a different level, so fucking ready
| |
Video is awesome Lyrics are pretty cool on this one
| |
11/10 song
| |
Song would be great without the PEW PEW PEW parts
| |
guitarist in the studio sweating as his eyes dart back and forth between a rack of instruments and a toy laser gun
| |
lol
| |
I think I may have just had a seizure
| |
Not good. Expected more. "Meta" is still top though.
| |
this is some of the worst music I've ever heard
| |
Lmao this is garbage
| |
this is insanely bad
| |
Some of the worst music you’ve ever heard? Damn, you should try listening to more music.
| |
It’s pretty bad dude come on
| |
I love that "Toy Laser Gun" description, @BreakfastCat. Suits it perfectly.
| |
I feel exactly the opposite but that’s fine. Just be sure to tell your local bar band that at least they aren’t car bomb.
| |
I'm into it. Technical and different. They had a vision in mind for how they wanted to contrast this song with a visual representation of something authentic and abstract. The sound quality will undoubtedly be better when the whole album is available.
| |
Song sux.
Video sux.
Sux.
| |
D e c o n s t r u c t
I hate it. And I can't wait to mosh to it live twice in a month
| |
Absolute chaos. Love it. Can't wait for the rest of the album.
| |
I love this, especially the production. The bass tone is so fkn mean.
| |
nobody:
Car Bomb: PEW PEW PEW PEW
| |
This band would kick ass at laser tag.
| |
I liked the last album a bit but I don't think this song is too great.
| |
I liked the last album including the song that sounded like it had fuckin' airplane riffs and this is just terrible.
| |
I seriously hope this is a one off. I wouldn't bear 10 minutes of this, go figure a full disc.
| |
fun song, the momentum keeps getting fucked with and that's cool
| |
the PEWS are a bit much yea lol
| |
Chiptune and djent combined into one
| |
terrible band gets even worse
| |
Surprised at the amount of hate for this band.
| |
why
| |
Well, because they’re incredible. Any fan of mathcore/metalcore/grind/death/sludge metal, or just challenging (yet well written) music should see the merit of what this band does to some degree. I guess I’m so blinded by my love for this band that I can’t understand absolutely hating it. To each there own, though.
| |
They've never seen them live. I couldn't figure how the drummer was able to play this stuff
| |
I saw the open for dillinger and he had like 40 drums and 30 cymbals and he barely used any of them it was one of the most pointless setups i’ve ever seen. also being “challenging” or “technical” doesn’t make you good. this is one of the must unintentionally funny and bad songs i’ve heard in quite a long time
| |
Clearly you weren’t paying attention because he certainly does use all of his equipment live and on record... but that’s beside the point entirely. It’s not that they are technical and they are inherently good because of it. It’s that they make use of technicality and rhythmic complexity in a way that very few bands ever do, and they actually put care into songwriting instead of just making a riff salad. You’d pick up on that if you paid mind at all to that aspect. It’s no wonder bands like Meshuggah, Gojira, Animals As Leaders, DEP, etc., bring this band with them on tour. They know what’s up.
| |
Elliot Hoffman is an incredible drummer. He’s like Haake in the sense that he sticks to the groove most of the time but in the few moments he bursts out it’s mind rendingly good. Just check this vid for the crazy stuff he works with https://youtu.be/nrEKvGfOiOM
| |
keep coming back to this, keeps getting better
| |
this is one of the worst bands around
| |
I liked Meta which is why this is so utterly disappointing.
| |
it sounds liked it’d be on Meta
| |
these guys should stick to making pizza or driving cabs
| |
You’re too funny rowhaus
| |
Fucking great. Car Bomb is pushing boundaries, again
| |
Love this band but yeh this was a hot mess even tho I get that was the intent
Other new single they released smacks good tho
| |
This is the weakest of the singles, it's grew on me though.
The other 2 are great m/
| |
Wait, other 2? There's a third single aside from Dissect Yourself and Scattered Sprites?
| |
cant remember what it's called, but yes there's another
| |
Sorry I meant the other one is great, there’s only 2.
Scattered Sprites it’s called.
| |
I swear there's a third??? was there a random single unrelated to this album at some point?
| |
Don’t think so, I’ve not heard it anyway.
| |
You all people that talk shit should just see this band live and shut the fuck up. how they can play this shit flawlessly is beyond me
btw they played another new one and it ripped
| |
no
| |
I saw them live and i’m still gonna talk shit about how bad this is
| |
i don't need to see a band live to judge their studio albums tbh
| |
"Car Bomb dropped..."
nice.
| |
