Gonna be happy when bands stop trying to mix cool influences with fear factory

Another Employed to Serve album? I finally have something to look forward to in 2019!

It's gotten better with repeat listens but I still think this is pretty terrible.

If this single is indicative of the album as a whole, then I don't have high hopes for it. This track and video both seem to reside firmly in the awkward try-hard camp of adolescence - I was surprised to find myself cringing at various points, considering The Warmth Of A Dying Sun was one of my favorite albums of its year.

I remember people saying the same thing about the lead single on the last album, and it has similar placing on the track list as this song. It’s a mid record banger, I’m pretty sure the record will be fine.

I'd be more interested in the guy doing the vocals for this band. I thought his parts sounded cool.

I can confirm this song absolutely slays live. They played it on their tour with Stick to Your Guns and Counterparts. I was already familiar with the song as I was at the shoot for the video (which was at the same venue as the London dates for that tour funnily enough).

Song was decent. I'm more bummed that they aren't on Holy Roar anymore. Literally the best independent metal label these days. Oh well gotta pay for them windbreakers somehow.

Yeah those windbreakers are kinda lame

Their singer still works for Holy Roar though

Holy Roar are a stepping stone label. They know that. Their roster is killer but if any of them make a mainstream push the label don't have the resources to help as much as a different label for sure
