I'm loving the more upbeat sound on this EP so far. Reminds me of Crash Love combined with the more raw sound of their older stuff.

I don't really believe in guilty pleasures but if I did, modern AFI would be one of them. Even their worst output in the past decade has been enjoyable for me. Also damn these drums are punchy, although maybe a little overcompressed.

Burials is one of their best albums imo. Every song is a banger

Its funny how post-December Underground they've become so much better musicians and songwriters, especially on their last two albums. Not a bad track at all with some interesting percussion and guitar work.
