I really want to like this but it's far worse from Green Light. At least Green Light felt like genuine, this just doesn't feel right. It feels like she's trying to do the Pure Heroine thing, but the whole lyricism is just off and the production sounds awkward and ugh I want to love this and I'm sure it'll grow on me but it's whatever right now

I'm not trying to be snarky here, but I just don't understand the appeal to Lorde. Her music makes me feel like nothing is going on.

Yeah, this is pretty, but definitely worse than Green Light. Maybe this will sound better in the context of the album.

I do understand the appeal to her, but both the new songs do nothing for me. As for Liability, I feel like I've head that piano theme a million times before.

I'm actually digging this even more than Green Light, really stoked for the album now. This has echoes of Lorde's cover of "Ladder Song" on the Mockingjay soundtrack, which was also great.

Pretty average, much like greenlight. So far this album seems like a solid 3.
