Eths break up 2016-12-26 by DatsNotDaMetulz | 5 Comments | French nu metal-turned-death metal group Eths have announced their breakup. The group played their final show on December 3 2016, however, in April the original lineup of Staif Bihl, Guillaume Dupré (who left in 2015), Greg Rouvière (who left in 2013), Candice Clot (who left in 2012), and bassist Marc Burghoffer will play 2 shows in memory of two of the band's recently deceased friends.
Eths released their final album, Ankaa, in April 2016, with Megadeth and ex-Soilwork drummer Dirk Verbeuren on drums.

I wonder if the original lineup will play any of the Rachel era songs. Roswell (Marc) only ever played on the first two EPs + Soma, Yom Dupre only played up to Soma, III and Ex Umbra In Solem, Clot was on everything up to III and Greg everything up to Ex Umbra.

Haven't cared about them since Candice left, so it'll be cool to see her have a slight comeback with the band before their demise. Eths have been dead to me since 2012 anyways lol.
