They didn't necessarily fire him, he just didn't talk to them when they had upcoming tours and festivals so they invited Danny back. Curious to what Denis's response to this will be. Also wondering if Danny will attempt to do new songs with this upcoming tour, but it'd be coll to see one of their older albums like SUAS or RR fully performed.

If you look into Dennis at all you'll find a lot of people saying he's a total cunt, so I don't really feel bad for the guy. He's an okay vocalist. Why bring Danny back though? I don't really care since the band is pure shit 90% of the time, just seems like a weird call.

Denis kicked himself out by not talking to band, then randomly texting Ben after months of not talking saying AA is dead and they are in debt to him. I've always heard that he was a "Giant Douche". I was 15 when Stand Up And Scream came out and after that I was obsessed with post-hardcore/metalcore. And even though I really don't care for the band anymore since I realized the greatness of Converge, Every Time I Die and shit, it's nice to hear Danny is back with his bros and they settled their beef.

Their album with Denis was their best since their debut , but hopefully the next one is okay

I liked their album with Dennis quite a bit and had never enjoyed anything of theirs before that so this is a little dissapointing

Eventhough Danny's vocals aren't even remotely as good as on R&R, they are still way better than Denis' generic whiney throat noises

Denis literally has one high scream (which sounds awful) and one low scream, and that's it. Also he's a total cunt, I saw this coming from the moment he joined the band.

On one hand, The Black is the best that AA has sounded in years and Denis brought an influence to the band that I'm gonna miss.

On the other hand, Danny's vocals have matured a lot (and sound great on his solo stuff and We Are Harlot), maybe the space was just what they needed to kind of branch out.

I don't feel bad for Denis, he has always been a narcissistic douche ever since he was in Make Me Famous. I'm actually looking forward to what AA does with Danny, it has the potential to be really good if he takes it seriously.

I think Danny saw the writing on the wall that he's never gonna be a huge country music star lol... so his motivation for returning I think is pretty obvious. He can hedge his bets in case his other projects fail to keep traction in the long term. As for why the other guys would want him back, I'd guess it probably wasn't their first choice but was better than the alternative of trying to find another new vocalist at this point if they were really gonna keep going. My hunch is that if the reunion doesn't work out they'll break up.

Band without Danny is a disingenuous slut-show. With Danny, has a small chance of releasing a good track. so i'm pleased with the change, and for the sake of adolescent girls everywhere, I'd rather have Danny than Denis tbh. douches are better at living than whiny cunts, tho of course I'd rather them love a good person than idolize a douche. but we can't always get what we want, so if they want to idolize one of them, i pick the douche.
