synthwave emerged in the mid 2000's, darkwave in the late 70's. both are real genres. darksynth and slasherwave are not. so shut the fuck up.

regardless i actually kind of dig it so i retract them needing to all die but they should probably discontinue calling themselves a "darksynth/slasherwave" project because ~purify it with fire~.
