Oh no, her last? That's a shame. I'm going to listen to the track right now to see if I should be excited for this or not.
Edit: ...maybe

i'm pretty hyped, hopefully Borders shows up on this album as that was one hell of a track
|
| |
AIM is MIA spelled BACKWARDS
|
| |
borders
whut up with dat

Has an artist's voice every stayed as unrelentingly uniform in delivery over their entire discography - you could take the vocal track from any verse on any song and put it over any other of her songs and it'd probably be just as suitable. She's ok, but does hearing this get anyone wet in anticipation? She should quit after this release, sounds a totally acceptable decision, she only needed to release one album and here we are on what feels like the tenth installment

Shhh she rules
|
| |
This sounds cool but I've always found something a little bit... off about her voice. Shame she's supposedly packing it in though.
|
| |
iirc from the interview she said she isn't stopping making music but will stick to singles in the future
|
| |
her voice is definitely in an acquired taste though yeah
|
| |
awesome
|
| |
Solid track. She's always had a fairly interesting sound.
|
| |
Well I am hyped
|
| |
wasnt hyped at all for the new album bc i havent liked anything shes released since matangi, but this new single is legitimately great
|
| |
Shit bangs; Skrillex can contribute a good beat when he's not pandering to big tent EDM. Shame MIA got dropped from Afropunk though.
|
| |
Nice title
|
| |
gotta love a bit of wordplay :^)
|
| |
honestly skrillex has been pretty good since he stopped making brostep crap. maybe it's just that brostep is like the only genre of 'EDM' that i don't enjoy but damn his collab with Wiwek and his remix of Burial were both fire.
