Once Upon a Dead Man, the new indie-electronic project including Charlie, Edd and Will Simpson, has released a second song from their upcoming debut EP "Concepts and Phenomena", out April 1. The song, "Give Up", was previously announced on the group's mailing list. It's not known whether the quartet plans to tour, owing to Charlie Simpson's commitments with his post-hardcore group Fightstar and newly reformed pop-rock trio Busted.
