LSBP and Volcanic Queen Announce Split Album

2016-01-04 by Graveyard | 21 Comments
Experimental artists Lost Salt Blood Purges and Volcanic Queen have released details regarding their split album Movements Viewed Through a Variety of Lenses, scheduled to be released on February 3rd.

The album has been briefly described to be "deeply rooted in EAI and vinyl/tape manipulation music and is keen on stimulating the senses through captured sounds. Using them in a ways that are meant to evoke some sort of meaning and purpose. Lost Salt Blood Purges explores this concept to the fullest, while Volcanic Queen does so too with his unique take on noise and ambient music."

Lol yea decided to let everyone know what was going on with this album, before it got released. It's really something else. I'm excited for everyone to hear it when it comes out, and Snox is too.

Is this the same album you were mentioning on Soundcloud a couple months ago?

@VirtualBlaze - If you're referring to the demo collage for A Mask of Your Own, then no. This is something different. I think only one song from that collage actually makes an appearance on this album, because it sorta fit the aesthetic we were going for. That track is "Wound of the Night."
