Brand New Release Demos

2015-12-02 by BrushedRed | 18 Comments
Brand New officially release their 2006 demos on a red cassette with a digital download. As of right now, http://procrastinatemusictraitors.limitedrun.com/products/560841-brand-new-leaked-demos-2006 is the only place to purchase the demos. It is also unclear as to if the demos have been updated in quality. Hopefully this is a sign of a return for the Long Island quartet.

It's nice to see all the tracks have official names now.

When will it release? Super excited for Missing You and Nobody Moves if they are even just the slightest bit more polished. 2 of their best songs.

Not gonna lie, I jumped at purchasing this just to get the digital download.

I've had these demos on constant rotation for a while now, some great tracks here, especially Nobody Moves, or as I know it - Untitled 05.

I'm pretty excited for this, assuming the quality is updated.

FYI, Jason hints that the quality of the unreleased songs may be better than their initial 2006 leaks.

Yeah I wish these dudes would stop screwing around. They're like the Tool of indie-rock and it's starting to get annoying.

Just release fully mixed music already, these guys are almost Tool level for trolling their fan base.

How big of a troll move would it be if the digital download was a new album?

isn't it typical for a band called Brand New to never release new material

Never knew this was published. Cool. Yeah, I hope this isn't what they were talking about for their "winter release." I mean it's nice for sure, but 6 years is too long of a wait for a new album.
