Members of We Came as Romans & Taproot form new band

2015-10-14 by iGuter | 19 Comments
While the group of We Came As Romans have been recreating themselves, three of the band members (Dave Stephens, Lou Cotton and Andrew Glass), Todd Jansen (Assassins) on guitar, and former Taproot drummer Nick Freddel, have started a new band called Crucible. Branded as a "super heavy" band, they have released a taste of what's to come in the future on Instagram.

When I posted this I made sure the quotation marks for "super heavy" were there. We'll see what that means. (shady)

Haven't people who don't like WCAR been asking for Dave Stephens to join a new, heavier band for a while now? Well, here you go.

Heard the first track from them, Brandan from Bleeding Through is there but its meh. Dave's vocal delivery is good but the chugfest and lack of instruments makes the song suck.

I do love the ending of the song though, "No race is superior, No faith is inferior. We all bleed red, We all bleed red."
