Polyenso announce EP1 2015-10-09 by iGuter | 9 Comments | Polyenso have been hard at work on their album Pure In the Plastic, revealing it would be released soon. However, in a new YouTube clip (see below) the band has announced they will be releasing an EP next week on October 16th with the singles 'Osaka Son', '17 New Years', 'Moona Festival', and a new track, 'Not My Real Life'.
The announcement below the video further clarifies the album won't be released until early 2016.
Hello friends,
First off, we would like to thank all of you for being so patient with us as we wrote and recorded this new record. This process has taken an unusual amount of time and we know how trying it can be as fans, so seriously, we couldn't be more grateful for your continuous support.
While the album is fully recorded, we unfortunately are not able to share it with you yet due to some bureaucratic issues (you know how these things go). The album will now be released in early 2016. However, we have gotten the go ahead to release an EP this month. October 16, to be exact! The EP will feature four tracks: 17 New Years, Moona Festival, Osaka Son, and a new one titled Not My Real Life.
We are so excited to finally get these tracks in your hands and start playing some shows! We will keep you updated as we have more concrete information about the album.
