Bieber's just an idiot who's made some terrible decisions. I don't hate him or his music, I just ignore them like they deserve. Nickelback actually has offensively bad music -- or, more specifically, offensively bad lyrics and offensively bland music. They don't have any excuses.

Even if you base your tastes around not being mainstream and bands that are "actually good," people at least in part listen to these "actually good" bands because all their anti-pop peers say they're "actually good."
